Terms and Conditions

Timing: Competition begins on 28 January, 2010 and end on 28 February 2010. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

Eligibility: The competition is open to UK residents aged 13 or over (or with parent’s/guardian’s permission if under 13). Employees of Titan Publishing Group Ltd., ("Promoter"), competition partners and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies and their immediate family members (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and/or persons living in the same household are not eligible.

Selection and Notification of Winners: Odds of Winning: Competition winners will be selected on or about March 12, 2010 from among all the eligible entries received. The Editor’s decision is final and no discussion will be entered into. Titan Magazines is the recognized promoter of this competition. The winner will be notified by mail, telephone or email. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

Prizes: The prize is that the winning Autobot and Decepticon robots will be re-drawn by a Transformers Comic artist and will appear in Transformers Comic. The issue that the re-drawn entries will appear in will be confirmed at a later date. Only one prize per family, household or address. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except as provided herein.

The prize winner must execute and return to Titan Magazines an agreement within 15 working days of notification, waiving any rights including, but not limited to the image/identity/appearance in the comic of their drawing and the re-drawn image based upon the entry. All rights to the image/identity/appearance in the comic will be owned by Hasbro. Non-compliance/return of prize notification as undeliverable or failure to execute and return the above documents to Titan Magazines within 15 working days of notification will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from among all eligible entries received. Three (3) alternate drawings will be held after which any unawarded prizes will remain unawarded.

Release: By participating, entrants, hereby agree to release and hold harmless the Promoter and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion from any and all claims, responsibility, suits, damages, losses or injuries, including third party, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this competition, including entry and participation in this competition and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to this competition, they will indemnify the Promoter from any and all such claims, including the attorney’s fees related thereto.

Limitation of Liability: The Promoter shall not be liable for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or postage due entries, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer, network, hardware or software; (3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (5) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or from downloading any material from Promoter's or Promoters' Web site(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Promoter, Promoter, or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to Promoter's or Promoter's Web site by a hypertext link.

Disqualification: Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it reasonably believes to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Promoter's or any Promoter's Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Promoter and Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Miscellaneous Rules: The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Competition should causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Competition. The Promoter further reserves the right to modify the rules of the Competition at any time.

Acceptance of prizes constitutes consent to use winners’ names and likenesses for editorial, advertising, publicity and television broadcast purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By entering this Competition all entrants agree that Promoter has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the Competition and its determination of the winners and all other issues is final. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the judges, which are final. Promoter's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
